When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private. All course content, including videos, lessons, assignments, quizzes, and downloadable materials remains the intellectual property of Color Coded Kids and may not be used for commercial purposes. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Course at any time. Payments must be made at the time of purchase, and refunds follow the policy listed on the checkout page. The Services are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific learning outcomes, certification acceptance by third parties, or error‑free content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Coded Kids is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course. By using the Services, you agree to resolve any disputes individually and to comply with all rules regarding acceptable use, including responsible use of AI tools. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Course.
